Preferred Pack PP-983 Dual Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine



The Preferred Pack PP-983 Dual Pallet Stretch Wrapper is a Semi automatic pallet wrapper with 225% automatic powered pre-stretch with "Easy Thread Design", 10 program memory, digital controls, photo eye, 4,000 lb capacity, 18 sets of double roller supports, 30-40 loads per hour, variable speed turntable 0-12 RPM, 59" heavy duty turntable with diamond plate non slip surface, 110 volt power.

FEATURES
  1. 225% Pre-Stretch: 3 ft. of film going through pre-stretch rolls comes out 10 ft. of film onto load. Other pre-stretch gearing available with simple sprocket change
  2. Photo Eye: Will automatically seek height of pallet load
  3. Reinforcing Wrap: Allows machine to apply multiple wraps at any desired location
  4. Home Position: Turntable always returns to original position
  5. Automatic or manual operation switch
  6. Adjustable wrapping tension
  7. Adjustable turntable speed
  8. Adjustable carriage elevator speed
  9. Film Break Re-Start: If film brakes during operation, simply press START button again to continue program cycle. No need to start from the beginning again.
  10. Top and Bottom Wrap Counter: Allows operator to select number of wraps on top or bottom of load.
  11. Film carriage security door with safety interlocks: If door is opened, machine will automatically be shut off.
  12. Emergency stop switch: When activated will shut off machine.

USI Models SOHO 400, SOHO 900, SOHO 1200, ProSEAL 25 and ProSEAL 44, 410, Image 62 Plus, HD 400, HD 1200, Big Mouth, Little Big Mouth, and 110S Compress are warranted under the same conditions except for a period of one (1) year. USI Models CT 400, CT 1200, PL 400 and PL 900 are warranted under the same conditions except for a period of ninety (90) days.
